Nicola Ferrari is one of the youngest, most promising wine makers from the Valpolicella area. Passion first and foremost, and his experience in Quintarelli winery, represent the assets of a job experience started few years ago, in 2006. The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is mainly made with Corvina and Corvinone and a small percentage of Rondinella, Molinara, Cabernet, Merlot and Sangiovese completes the blend. This wine is a top tier Amarone, full bodied, silky, with soft tannins and exceptional persistence. |
